Channel Partners is hiring a Motorola Retail Territory Representative to own your market, grow brand presence, and train retail staff across multiple locations in your territory. You’ll split time between field visits and in-store training, with occasional travel for events and meetings.

The role emphasizes relationship building, territory growth, and driving Motorola product adoption through hands-on training and demos in retail environments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred
• Experience managing a territory of retail locations is preferred

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share
• Visit 7–8 retail locations per day within your market
• Spend 50–75% of your time in the field, visiting stores, training, and building relationships
• Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products
• Deliver engaging in-store training, demos, and events
• Occasional travel for meetings, trainings, or events
