Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a full-time Motorola Retail Territory Representative to own and grow Motorola’s market presence across your market. You’ll train store teams, run demos, and build relationships in the field.

Expect 50–75% field time, 7–8 store visits daily, occasional events, and travel. Competitive hourly pay of $21 with up to $9,000 annual bonus; health benefits, 401(k), PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, marketing, sales, or training/communications.
• Wireless or tech industry experience preferred.
• Experience managing a territory of retail locations is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory and grow Motorola’s market share.
• Visit 7–8 retail locations per day within your market.
• Train and influence retail sales associates to recommend Motorola products.
• Deliver engaging in-store training, demos, and events.
• Participate in occasional events, meetings, and outreach.
• Balance field work, admin and training.
