Responsibilities include developing growth strategies, managing bids and contracts, coordinating with production and logistics, and providing accurate forecasts and reports.

Qualifications

• Teamwork and ethical work habits are required.
• Background in Construction Materials, Cement or Ready Mix preferred.
• 2–5 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
• Ability to receive, apply and improve based on feedback.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to grow sales in public, commercial, and residential markets.
• Maintain relationships and represent the company at industry events.
• Monitor market conditions, pricing, and competitor activity; report to management.
• Prepare bids, proposals, and contracts; oversee sales from identification to completion.
• Provide education in product knowledge, customer service, and sales execution.
• Support quality, logistics, and plant teams to resolve customer issues.
• Assist with collections and customer account management.
• Provide accurate forecasts, sales reports, and expense reporting.
