Job summary

Reynolds American is seeking a Territory Manager for the Hillcrest Heights, MD area. You will drive brand growth by building strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and by implementing local sales strategies.

The role requires initiative, accountability, and the ability to travel frequently. You will develop plans to meet territory objectives, optimize product placements, and collaborate with the Division Manager on market strategies to increase share.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to work independently and with stakeholders.
• Excellent MS Office proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieves sales and growth objectives within territory.
• Develops local strategy and plans for territory objectives.
• Identifies opportunities with retail outlets and targets them.
• Creates strategy for product and POS placements.
• Builds relationships with local chains and distributors.
• Sells using the 5Ps: presence, pricing, promotion, product, personal selling.
• Analyzes territory to negotiate contracts with new retailers.
• Collaborates with Division Manager on territory sales planning.
