Job summary

Charlie Health seeks an Outreach professional in Lackawanna County, PA to build relationships with clinical partners and referral sources, driving go-to-market efforts for faster market access.

You will travel locally 4–5 days per week, lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers, and collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to achieve GTM goals. This role comes with comprehensive benefits and an uncapped bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Must be based in Lackawanna County, PA.
• Must be fluent in English.
• 1-4 years proven sales experience; owning & overachieving KPIs a plus.
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations a plus.
• Travel locally with reliable transportation & valid driver's license (4-5 days/week).
• Energize, advise & persuade senior corporate personnel.
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills with a consultative style.
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Salesforce & Zoom is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for efficient new market penetration.
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets.
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to meet patients, parents, and providers and address barriers to treatment.
• Design strategies to better support and engage referral partners across channels.
• Deepen Charlie Health's penetration across existing partnerships.
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events both in person and via conference call.
• Synthesize and share market feedback from partners, patients, and stakeholders to inform GTM goals.
• Work with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver on GTM goals.
