Job summary

Charlie Health in Montgomery County, PA seeks an enthusiastic Outreach role to build relationships with clinical partners and drive access to behavioral health programs. Travel 4–5 days a week to meet with patients, parents, and providers, advancing our mission to connect people to life-saving care.

You will collaborate with marketing, product, and legal teams, support growth, and participate in a hybrid work model with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have 1–4 years of proven sales experience and KPIs
• Fluent in English
• Ability to travel locally 4–5 days/week for meetings with referral partners
• Experience selling to healthcare organizations is a plus
• Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills
• Solid project management skills in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Develop and operationalize GTM strategy for new market penetration
• Create, build, and manage relationships with referral sources across priority markets
• Go in the field 4-5 days/week to lead meetings with patients, parents, and providers to uncover needs and address barriers to treatment
• Design strategies to engage referral partners across channels
• Deepen penetration across existing partnerships
• Attend and lead educational meetings, marketing presentations, and networking events
• Synthesize market feedback to inform marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, product, client success, and legal to deliver GTM goals
