Job summary

Crocodile Cloth is seeking an Area Growth Representative based in the Detroit area to expand our footprint across Michigan. This is a road-based role, not office-bound, requiring daily travel to independent retailers and large chains to place and merchandise our wet wipes.

You will win new stocking locations, upsell at existing sites, and log visits and pipeline in Salesforce, aiming to meet monthly and quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Field sales experience in consumer packaged goods or retail is required.
• Ability to travel extensively across territory.
• Proven track record of winning new accounts and expanding current ones.

Responsibilities

• Win new stocking locations by visiting independent retailers and chains.
• Convert national setups to local stocking locations where applicable.
• Complete a high volume of in-person site visits and plan routes.
• Merchandise and upsell at stocking locations with strong displays.
• Engage store managers with samples, promotions, and in-store events.
• Handover closed accounts to regional teams for onboarding.
• Execute promotions and represent Crocodile Cloth at trade shows.
• Log visits and pipeline in Salesforce and track progress toward targets.
