Job summary

InterBel Telephone Cooperative in Kalispell seeks a Territory Development Manager to drive local subscriber growth and develop relationships with subdivision, MDU, and small commercial prospects. You will own the full sales cycle, applying wholesale/carrier and hosted VoIP knowledge to structure and close deals.

You will document all activity in CRM, write accurate service orders, and coordinate handoffs to operations and installation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with ability to close independently.
• Telecommunications industry experience including wholesale/carrier relationships and hosted VoIP.
• Crucial knowledge of broadband/UCaaS and related tech for technical conversations.
• Familiarity with Kalispell/NW Kalispell business community and development scene.
• Excellent CRM record-keeping and accurate service orders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow InterBel's presence in NW Kalispell and develop subdivision/developer relationships.
• Build, negotiate, and close residential bulk/developer/subdivision agreements.
• Identify, prospect, and close new small-to-midsize commercial accounts in Kalispell.
• Maintain relationships with developers, chambers, and community stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary sales contact from first contact through close and handoff to installation.
• Document sales activity in CRM and write accurate service orders.
• Partner with Sales Engineer/Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and attend joint sales calls.
• Represent InterBel at local events and provide market feedback to strategy leaders.
• Stay current on competitor offerings and Kalispell growth corridor trends.
