Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to engage with communities and expand access to high-speed data and communication solutions. You will work primarily outdoors, presenting Spectrum’s offerings, documenting sales activity, and meeting monthly targets for multiple services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Engaging interpersonal skills and strong sales drive.
• Ability to travel to territory and company facilities, including in inclement weather.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and independently.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations.
• Present sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
