Job summary

Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to represent telecom services through face-to-face interactions with customers. You will drive growth by expanding access to Spectrum’s high-speed data and communications solutions, earning a base salary with lucrative incentives and potential total compensation over $100,000 annually.

Role requires 90% outdoor work, evenings/weekends as needed, and travel across assigned territories.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and conduct door-to-door outreach.
• Must be able to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
• Monitor competitors’ activities within your territory and report insights to management.
