Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Available for evenings and weekends and travel as needed.
Responsibilities
- Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offerings.
- Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for prospects.
- Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs.
- Complete sales documentation including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
- Attend sales meetings and training to support team goals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets across high-speed data, mobile, landline, and video services.
- Monitor competitors in the territory and report to the manager.
