Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Texas to connect with residential customers through face-to-face visits. You will present Spectrum’s high-speed data and communication solutions, perform needs analyses, and tailor proposals to each home.

The role emphasizes independence, travel within assigned territories, and meeting monthly targets, with a base salary plus incentives aiming for total compensation over $100,000 per year.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales or relevant work experience.
• Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
• Must be able to travel to assigned territories and company facilities.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, car insurance, driving record in good standing, and reliable personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, entry of orders and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
