Job summary

Spectrum is hiring an Outside Sales Representative in the United States, Ohio area. You’ll engage with communities to expand access to Spectrum services, with a base salary plus incentives driving total compensation above $100,000 for top performers.

Expect ~90% time outdoors, must travel locally, and work evenings/weekends. A valid driver’s license and strong English skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and introducing Spectrum’s offerings.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospective customer.
• Present compelling sales proposals that align with customer needs and Spectrum’s solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation accurately, including dispositioning, order entry and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to support team goals.
