Spectrum is seeking an Outside Sales Representative in Metairie, LA. You will represent our telecommunication services through face-to-face interactions, expanding access to high-speed data and communications solutions. Expect a base salary plus incentives potentially surpassing $100,000 annually.

Role involves 90% outdoor work, evenings/weekends, and travel to assigned territories. The package includes free and discounted Spectrum services and a career path with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to travel to assigned territories and to company facilities.
• Comfort with using basic computer software and devices for sales documentation.

Responsabilités

• Acquire new residential customers by visiting assigned leads and presenting Spectrum offers.
• Conduct needs analyses to tailor product recommendations for each prospect.
• Present compelling sales proposals aligned with customer needs and Spectrum solutions.
• Complete all required sales documentation including dispositioning, orders, and reporting.
• Participate in sales meetings and training to support team goals and development.
• Achieve monthly sales targets across Spectrum services including data, mobile, landline, and video.
