Job summary

HOW A FIELD TECHICIAN IV WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

• Performs a variety of technical tasks and provides site support.
• Modifies, moves, and installs a range of new equipment.
• Troubleshoots a variety of hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.
• Performs a variety of integrity testing and interviews customers to gather information about problems.
• Prepares and presents a variety of incident/performance reports to the customer and to the service delivery manager.
• Provides advice and a variety of onsite training for customer support personnel.
• May coach and review the work of less-experienced professionals.
• May serve as a team or task leader. (Not a people manager)

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Required Education and Experience:

AA/AS (or equivalent experience), 4+ years of experience

Required Certifications:

• 1. Security+ CE or another 8570 Cert
• 2. PWS 9.1 cert

Clearance: Active TS/SCI must be able to obtain and maintain a polygraph
