Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of technical tasks and provides site support.
• Modifies, moves, and installs equipment.
• Troubleshoots hardware and software problems and interconnectivity issues.
• Gathers information through interviews and prepares incident/performance reports.
• Provides onsite training for customer support personnel.
• May coach and review work of less-experienced professionals.
• May serve as a team or task leader.
