AdvanSix in Richmond, VA is seeking a dedicated manufacturing technician to maintain control of caprolactam processing steps, utilities, and quality adherence in a fast-paced chemical plant. This role requires safety-conscious teamwork and the ability to operate and troubleshoot equipment.

Eligible candidates have a high school diploma or technical degree, 3+ years of manufacturing experience, and are able to work a rotating 8-hour shift including holidays and overtime.

Formación

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of manufacturing experience or technical degree.
• Willing to work 8-hour rotating shifts including holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Proficient with Word and Excel and computer use.
• Background check and drug test completion required.

Responsabilidades

• Control caprolactam conversion processes and related operations.
• Operate and monitor multiple utility systems to support production areas.
• Monitor process data, adjust equipment to meet quality SOPs.
• Uphold safety standards and respond to emergencies as needed.
• Prevent spills and protect the environment.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks.
• Additional duties as needed.
