Required are a High School diploma and 2+ years in manufacturing; 12-hour rotating shifts and forklift operation are expected, with emphasis on teamwork and safe work practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing or chemical plant experience.
• Able to work 12-hour rotating shifts.
• Able to operate a forklift and perform physical labor.
• Safety-focused and able to work in confined spaces.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to standard work and SOPs to ensure safety, quality and production goals.
• Take and interpret readings on equipment, assess variation, troubleshoot and take corrective action to return to standard.
