Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical degree preferred.
• 3+ years manufacturing experience or technical degree.
• Willing to work 8-hour rotating shifts, holidays, weekends and overtime.
• Proficient with Word and Excel; able to complete background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Control caprolactam conversion processes from hydrolysis to drying and packaging.
• Operate and monitor multiple utility systems to support operations.
• Monitor controls and adjust equipment to meet quality SOPs.
• Maintain safety standards and follow emergency procedures.
• Prevent spills and uphold environmental commitments.
• Perform minor maintenance tasks and assist as needed.
