Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Customer Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll teach customers how to use their tech and explore additional services while keeping a clean, professional demeanor.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License with clean record
• Flexibility to travel and work evenings, weekends, or holidays
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs and meet 335 lb weight limit
• Customer focus to build trust and create a great experience
• Problem-solving and determination to work in tight spaces and various weather
• Adaptability to handle changes and unexpected tasks
