EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions, visiting customers’ homes and training users on new devices. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a world-class customer experience as you install, service, and educate on DISH products.

Training is provided, with clear paths for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package. A company vehicle, tools, and uniforms are provided, along with opportunities for pay progression based on performance.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required because driving a company vehicle to customer sites is essential.
• Schedule flexibility: willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft; lift up to 70 lbs; weight limit of 335 lbs.
• Customer focus: build trust and create a great experience for customers.
• Problem-solving: tackle a variety of challenges on the spot.
• Determination: work in tight spaces and all kinds of weather.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsabilités

• Visit customers’ homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
