Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Home Techs in the United States to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes, while educating users on operation and potential additional services. Training is provided to ensure a world-class customer experience.

You will travel to customer sites, maintain professionalism, and work independently yet stay connected with the team, with opportunities for growth and advancement in a dynamic, award-winning company.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical tasks include ladder climbing and lifting up to 70 lbs; meet weight requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
