Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You’ll educate customers on usage and upsell compatible services, while maintaining a clean, professional appearance and working with a team when needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites and regional offices.
• Willingness to travel and flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
