Job summary

EchoStar is hiring technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes across the United States. You will educate customers on usage and upsell services as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to travel to customer homes; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and work in varied spaces.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell where appropriate.
