Job summary

EchoStar is hiring for field technicians who install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes. You’ll visit homes, solve problems, and educate customers on smart home tech, while maintaining a professional, safe work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean record.
• Willingness to travel and flexible shifts including evenings/weekends/holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
