Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a field-ready Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You’ll educate customers on their devices and promote additional services where helpful, while maintaining a tidy, professional work area.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet the weight limit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Educate customers on how to use their tech and upsell services when appropriate.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
