Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to deliver TV and Smart Home solutions to millions of customers. You will be trained to lead the charge for a world-class customer experience, educating and connecting more Americans with every home you visit.

You’ll visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, teach customers how to use their tech, and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving a company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit requirements.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated determination and adaptability in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and uphold a professional attitude while working independently and with the team.
