EchoStar is hiring Technicians to visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on usage. You’ll work independently but stay connected with the team, delivering a world-class customer experience and promoting smart home solutions.

The role emphasizes candidate flexibility for travel, a valid driver’s license, and the physical requirements to work in customers’ homes. Training, benefits, and growth opportunities accompany this position.

Formación

• Valid Driver’s License required for driving company vehicle to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel; flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but stay connected with the team.
