Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to visit customers’ homes and install DISH equipment and smart home products, while educating customers on usage and potential add-ons. You’ll work independently but stay connected with the team, delivering a world-class customer experience across many locations.

Role emphasizes on-site service, travel as needed, and maintaining safety and professionalism. Training is provided, with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required to drive company vehicle to customer sites.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability: climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, meet 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer focus: build trust and deliver great customer experiences.
• Problem-solving: tackle various challenges on the spot.
• Determination: work in tight spaces and all weather conditions.
• Adaptability: handle changes and unexpected tasks with ease.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
