Job summary

EchoStar is hiring Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on use, help them understand added services, and maintain a neat, professional workspace while coordinating with the team.

The role emphasizes flexible scheduling, travel as needed, and the ability to handle varied environments so you can contribute to a world-class customer experience. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within EchoStar.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid driver’s license and ability to drive a company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs; weight limit 335 lb.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently but connected with the team
