Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a home-visit technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers’ homes. You will educate customers on usage and available upgrades, while maintaining professional conduct and a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing role with strong service mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic home tech issues.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services.
