Job summary

EchoStar is seeking a Field Technician to visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products, and educate customers on how to use the tech. You’ll work independently, maintain professionalism, and ensure a world-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license to drive to customer sites and offices.
• Willingness to travel and work shifts that may include evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use the technology and offer additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and stay professional while working independently and with the team.
