Job summary

EchoStar is expanding its team of Technicians to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers’ homes across the United States. You will lead the customer experience, educate clients on new technology, and ensure high-quality service with every visit.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, be flexible for shifts including evenings and weekends, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs and climb ladders.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with clean record is required.
• Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work evenings, weekends or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet a 335 lb weight limit.
• Customer-focused approach to build trust and deliver a great experience.
• Ability to solve problems on the spot and adapt to tight spaces and weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers’ homes, install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and suggest additional services when helpful.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and work independently while staying connected with the team.
