Job summary

EchoStar is looking for an in-home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products for customers across the United States. You’ll visit homes, demonstrate how to use technology, and promote additional services to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required for driving company vehicle.
• Willingness to travel; shifts may include evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Physical ability to climb ladders, lift up to 70 lbs, and meet weight limit.
• Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving and adaptability for on-site tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and upsell when helpful.
• Maintain a clean work area and a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
