Job summary

EchoStar is looking for a Home Technician to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products at customers' homes. You will train to deliver a world-class customer experience and educate households on using their tech for a seamless home entertainment setup.

You will travel to assignments, work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, climb ladders up to 40 ft, lift up to 70 lbs, and build trust through clear communication.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel and work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
• Ability to climb ladders up to 40 ft and lift up to 70 lbs.
• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and with a team.
• Comfort with changing tasks and environments.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers' homes to install and service DISH equipment and smart home products.
• Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful.
• Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team.
