Job summary

Join Konica Minolta as a Production Systems Professional. You will perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, troubleshoot connectivity, and support client installations. You may travel to customer sites within your territory and log service visits in our system.

You will build professional relationships, drive customer satisfaction, and collaborate with Account Management to resolve issues. Training is provided and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience servicing/repairing office equipment or machinery.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
• A+ or N+ Certification preferred and exposure to IT Networks a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta products, including diagnostics and break/fix.
• Use tools and gauges to diagnose production machinery.
• Drive to customer sites within territory and manage scheduling.
• Develop professional customer relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities and troubleshooting techniques.
• Log service visits and document updates in the Konica Minolta system.
• Collaborate with the Account Management team to resolve issues.
