Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. is seeking a Production Systems Technician to maintain and repair production print products at client sites. You will diagnose issues, perform hardware repairs, and document service activities while building trusted customer relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years servicing/repairing office equipment, production printers preferred.
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
• Reliable transportation to drive to customer sites daily.
• Exposure to IT Networks or A+/N+ Certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on Konica Minolta production print products, including diagnostics, break/fix, installation and hardware troubleshooting.
• Use and maintain tools and gauges to diagnose and repair production machinery.
• Drive to customer sites within assigned territory and keep customers informed on scheduling.
• Represent Konica Minolta professionally and build trusted customer relationships.
• Demonstrate progress in technical abilities and productivity.
• Log service visits and document updates for each client account.
• Collaborate with Account Management and other technicians to resolve issues and expand market share.
• May be required to be available after hours on-call.
