Job summary

Zipline is hiring a Field Support Technician for a six-month contract to help keep Dropbox locations safe, reliable, and ready for daily operations. You will travel between partner sites, inspect equipment, perform light maintenance, troubleshoot problems, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

• Hands-on technical or mechanical ability with basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit Dropbox locations to ensure cleanliness, safety and readiness for daily operations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment and systems.
• Complete basic mechanical, technical, and site repairs per procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and resolve issues within training scope.
• Identify safety concerns or operational issues before they affect customers.
• Escalate issues and document details, photos, and reports for internal teams.
