Zipline is seeking a Field Support Technician to maintain and service Zipline Drop Boxes at customer sites, ensuring safety, reliability, and readiness for daily operations. You will travel between sites, perform inspections, and carry out light repairs while upholding Zipline’s quality standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on technical ability, a safety-first mindset, and strong communication skills to coordinate with customers and Zipline teams.

Responsibilities

• Maintain site readiness and safe operation of Zipline Drop Boxes.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on DropBox systems.
• Complete basic repairs and light maintenance tasks.
• Troubleshoot technical and operational issues using established procedures.
• Identify safety hazards and site deficiencies and take action.
• Document inspections and maintenance accurately and on time.
• Escalate issues promptly and provide clear details for resolution.
• Communicate professionally with Zipline teams and partners.
• Travel between Drop Boxes and support regional locations as needed.
• Own site issues and follow through to resolution.
