Zipline is hiring a Field Technician Operations Lead to oversee the team keeping Dropbox locations safe, reliable, and ready for daily delivery operations. You’ll manage the Field Support Supervisor and guide the regional technician team across partner sites.

This field leadership role requires hands-on problem solving, spending significant time in the field, and improving maintenance processes to reduce recurring issues while ensuring safety and site readiness.

Formación

• Experience leading field operations, technical service, facilities maintenance, equipment repair, or similar multi-site operation.
• Experience managing supervisors or team leads and developing frontline employees.
• Strong judgment balancing safety, service reliability, partner needs, and operational priorities.
• Ability to set clear goals, review performance, and hold teams accountable.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and develop the Field Support Supervisor and regional technician team.
• Set clear safety, reliability, site readiness, and quality expectations.
• Plan inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, and site coverage regionally.
• Ensure technicians have schedules, tools, parts, and procedures for safe work.
• Review performance, work orders, inspections, repairs, and open issues.
• Prioritize work by safety risk, impact, and urgency; allocate resources.
