Job summary

Zipline is hiring a Field Support Technician to service Dropbox locations, perform inspections, and handle light maintenance. You will travel between partner sites, troubleshoot issues, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

This six-month contract offers the opportunity for full-time consideration based on performance and business needs. You will work independently while coordinating with partner teams and Zipline staff.

Qualifications

• Hands-on technical or mechanical ability with basic tools.

Responsibilities

• Visit Dropbox locations to ensure safety, cleanliness and readiness for operations.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment.
• Conduct basic repairs and troubleshoot issues within training scope.
• Document issues with photos and notes for internal teams.
• Travel between sites and support regional locations as needed.
• Maintain tools, parts and supplies for assigned sites.
