Job summary

WSI Technologies, part of Fluent Software Group under Valsoft Corporation, seeks a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems across customer sites in the US. Travel up to 80–85% is required, with a company vehicle and gas card provided.

You will configure servers and recording infrastructure, diagnose hardware and software issues, and maintain clear documentation for each site visit. Bachelor's degree and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Hands-on support for Windows desktop/server environments.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, network connectivity.
• Experience with ITSM/ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Excellent communication, organization and time management; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure WSI systems on-site, including servers and recording infrastructure.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network issues; respond within SLA.
• Manage service tickets and field visits; escalate complex issues as needed.
• Document installations and resolutions in the ticketing system.
