Job summary

Grocery TV seeks a part-time in-store support associate in New York to visit multiple store locations across Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and occasional trips to The Bronx. Expect 15–20 hours per week with on-call availability; pay starts at $22/hour, based on experience.

This role is best suited for someone seeking flexible hours and is not eligible for company benefits at this time. Most display issues can be resolved remotely, but you’ll sometimes work in-store to get things back on track.

Qualifications

• Commute to multiple boroughs for store visits via public transit.
• Clear texting or phone communication for check-ins and site updates.
• Basic proficiency with laptops/tablets for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Familiarity with using basic hand tools (drill, screwdriver, wire snips).

Responsibilities

• Check power sources and connections.
• Reset or replace display devices as needed.
• Troubleshoot with Grocery TV Operations by phone.
• Collect equipment to be shipped back to Grocery TV HQ.
