Job summary

WSI Technologies in North Carolina is seeking a hands-on Field Technician to install, maintain, and troubleshoot systems at customer sites. You will work independently in the field with public safety, government, and enterprise customers to keep critical recording and communication systems running.

The role is hybrid (field-based/remote between visits) with travel up to 80–85%, a company vehicle, gas card, and stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Windows desktops and servers.
• Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Familiar with ITSM or ticketing tools such as ServiceNow.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80–85% and pass government site clearances.
• Ability to lift and install hardware as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure WSI systems on-site at customer locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues in the field.
• Manage service tickets and field visits independently; escalate when needed.
• Document installations and resolutions in the ticketing system with accuracy.
