Job summary

Cable One is seeking a Field Technician to install and troubleshoot customer service drops and outlets at residential and business sites. You will learn with one-on-one and group training, and gain hands-on experience with electronic test equipment.

Qualifications

• 3 months of customer service or related experience required.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, work on ladders, and in all weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Willingness to overtime and on-call as needed.
• Regular and predictable attendance required.

Responsibilities

• Install customer service drops or outlets in residential and business properties.
• Use electronic test equipment and online diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure proper upstream and downstream signal levels at terminations.
• Proactively educate customers on new/existing equipment and upgrades.
• Perform other duties to support the company’s purpose and values.
