Job summary

Compucom Systems, Inc. in Irvine, CA seeks a Field Technician to join our team. As a Level II Technician, you will be the primary contact for customers on technical issues, troubleshoot, install and manage cabling, and collaborate with Lead Technicians to resolve problems within SLA timelines.

You will document outcomes in ServiceNow, ensure customer confirmation of resolution, and support a designated client across a geographic area with emphasis on quality and responsiveness.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT.
• Strong written and verbal communication with customers and teams.
• Working knowledge of Windows OS and networks.
