UES is seeking a Field Technician II to support engineering, environmental services, and materials testing. You will perform advanced field and lab testing, conduct on-site inspections, and ensure projects meet standards.

Ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically proficient, and committed to safety. You will work outdoors, mentor junior technicians, and travel up to 70% regionally.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; related coursework preferred.
• 3+ years of field-based materials testing or inspection experience.
• ACI Level 1 Concrete Testing certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Field Data Collection software.

Responsibilities

• Perform field testing on soil, concrete, asphalt, and aggregates.
• Inspect sites and ensure compliance with specs and safety protocols.
• Collect, label, and transport samples to laboratories.
• Maintain testing equipment and document results.
• Mentor junior technicians when needed.
• Travel up to 70% to support projects.
