Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required; vocational training is a plus.
• 0-3 years in field-based outdoor roles; construction/materials testing experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record; ability to operate company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Perform field and laboratory testing of concrete, soil, asphalt, aggregate, and other construction materials.
• Inspect construction sites and collect samples to verify quality, safety, and compliance with project specs.
• Work with experienced technicians, engineers, and project managers on various projects.
• Document test results, observations, and site conditions using standard procedures and reporting tools.
• Operate, maintain, and care for testing equipment and company tools.
• Communicate project updates and testing results with team members, contractors, and clients.
• Build technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.
• Support projects that strengthen communities through safe, high-quality construction.
