Qualifications

• 2 years of service as a technician or equivalent education.
• Experience with hand and power tools; knowledge of network testing equipment required.
• Knowledge of Windows-based systems and basic ISP knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Provide technical assistance to partner properties.
• Respond to service calls promptly, update tickets, and liaise with dispatch.
