Qualifications

• Prior work experience in a sports book is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review kiosk transactions and images at over 40 locations.
• Complete AML transactions for over 40 locations.
• Call retail partners daily to check in and ensure all their business needs are being met.
• Respond and manage the Caesars Lottery email inbox.
• Communicate with Caesars Field Service Technicians to ensure all technical and hardware issues are fixed in a timely manner.
• Handle escalated customer complaints/issues as needed.
• Ensure marketing signage is provided and installed properly at over 40 locations.
• Periodically visit the lottery retailers to meet with store owners.
